1. How does card ordering work?
You can order your card in the Change app. It costs €5 to order and the delivery usually takes between 5-10 days.
2. What can I spend with the card?
The Change card enables you to spend both crypto-assets and euros. Our app allows you to choose your primary and secondary spending currencies. For example, your primary spending balance could be BTC and secondary EUR.
3. Can I earn cashback with my spending?
Card payments using crypto-assets are eligible for cashback rewards. For example, if you choose to pay with bitcoin, you'll get cashback rewards. Euro payments do not qualify for cashback rewards.
4. How are cashback rewards credited to my account?
Cashback rewards are credited instantly after the card payment has succeeded. Cashback is paid in the crypto-asset that is used for the payment.
