These Terms and Conditions (“Campaign T&Cs”) govern participation in Change’s Black Friday 2025 promotion. By participating, users agree to these Campaign T&Cs in addition to the General Terms & Conditions of Change.
1.1 Change offers eligible customers the opportunity to trade the selected Top 5 Altcoins with 0% trading commission during the campaign period, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
1.2 This campaign forms part of the Change services and is additionally governed by the General T&Cs applicable to all Change customers.
1.3 The offer applies exclusively to the following cryptocurrencies (“Top 5 Altcoins”):
🪙 Ethereum (ETH)
🪙 Solana (SOL)
🪙 Dash (DASH)
🪙 XRP (XRP)
🪙 Cardano (ADA)
1.4 Bitcoin (BTC) is excluded from the campaign as it already has 0% trading commission.
The campaign will run from:
28 November 2025, 8:00 (GMT)
until
1 December 2025, 8:00 (GMT).
Change reserves the right to adjust these dates at its sole discretion.
To qualify for the campaign:
3.1 Users must have a verified Change account in accordance with Change’s KYC/AML requirements.
3.2 The campaign applies to all users who execute trades in any of the Top 5 Altcoins during the campaign period.
3.3 Both new and existing users can participate.
3.4 Only spot trading is included in this promotion. CFD trading is excluded.
4.1 Users who trade any of the Top 5 Altcoins during the campaign window will automatically receive the benefit of 0% trading commissions on those specific trades.
4.2 The 0% fee applies only to the trading commission normally charged by Change.
Network fees, blockchain fees, spreads, or third-party fees still apply.
4.3 No minimum trade size is required.
4.4 No manual activation is needed; fees are applied automatically during the execution of each eligible trade.
5.1 If Change detects any breach of the customer contract, unlawful activity, or manipulation of the campaign (including but not limited to wash trading, artificially inflated volume, or self-matching trades), the user will be disqualified from the campaign.
5.2 Change may unilaterally initiate extraordinary termination of the customer agreement and close the customer’s account without prior notice if a violation of these Campaign T&Cs is detected.
6.1 The campaign applies only to trades executed within the official campaign window.
6.2 Trades outside the campaign period are subject to standard commissions.
6.3 The promotion cannot be exchanged for cash, credits, or other benefits.
6.4 The campaign does not apply to:
CFD trades
Any assets not listed as part of the Top 5 Altcoins
7.1 These Campaign T&Cs are published and provided in English. In case of discrepancies between translations, the English version shall prevail.
7.2 If any conflict arises between these Campaign T&Cs and the General T&Cs, the General T&Cs take precedence.
7.3 Change reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the campaign at any time without prior notice. Any updates will be made available on Change’s website or in-app.
7.4 Change’s decision regarding all matters related to the campaign is final and binding.
